When parking a call on a D60, after migrating all our phones to Endpoint Manager, the slot a call takes in the parking lot flashes too quickly on the screen. My client is often left wondering where they parked their call before announcing to the rest of the business via the intercom.
Any way to extend this display time? Via basefile edit somehow?
This is a PBX Act - I don’t have any sort of support contract to contact them (expired). Was hoping this was something easy to do.
Version is 188.8.131.52
Asterisk is 16.13.0
Just updated firmware of the phone from 2_9_8 to 2_9_14 and no change.
