Digium addons missing

Hi Please help

I have installed FreePBX 2.9.0.7 and i do not have the digium addons so i cannot install the g729 codec.

try yum install asterisk16-addons

I tried that and was given a message saying nothing to do

I don’t think that is what he is looking for. Do you want to install the Digium FreePBX module that installs FAX and g.729? That won’t work on any distro but Asterisk Now as that is the location it pulls the binary from.

You will need to install g.729 from the command line on the FreePBX distro. Instructions are provided when Digium sends you the key.
