Digital Receptionist options not working

Hello all,
I have bee cracking my head for a few hours so i relly hope someone can help me out.
I deployed a FreePBX yesterday which to my surprise (considering it is my first one) it went pretty smooth.

Now i am trying to configure the Digital Receptionist and i cant get the options to work…

for example:

For John dial - 1
For Fred dial - 2
e.t.c.

In DR i set the option and pointed it to that particular extension… but when i call the number i hear the voice recoding but when i press the option the recording keeps playing as if it cant recognize my selection.

I am currently using BroadVoice for in and out.
Here is my trunk inbound config

It sounds like a DTMF configuration problem. Try calling the IVR through the 7777 simulated incoming call option or otherwise make a miscapp to the IVR and call it locally where you know your DTMF is working. If that works, but calling it through broadsoft does not, then you have an issue with the trunk. The rfc2833 is preferred, so make sure they are able to work with that. If not, you may have to change to inband or auto.

Thank you for the help.
I went to Trun under incoming and I changed to dtmf=auto and dtmfmode=auto.
I also tried changing them to inband and rfc2833

I tried the 7777 and that works fine.

Nothing worked. Anything else you suggest?

check your configuration with your carrier. It appears the issue is your trunk. (I assume if you route your did directly to voicemail you won’t be able to push DTMF tones in there either which is a way to do a sanity test.
