Difficulties Activating Server

I’m trying to activate my server via the “System Admin Module”. I do have an active account via the “Portal” and I do have a location Deployment Number. The issue is, I don’t seem to get to the spot where I’m suppose to put the number in. I’ve also lost the ability to select “DNS” or “Time Zone” settings under “System Admin”. I’ve included some screen shoots to provide a further explanation. After the third pic,I press activate and I wined up going back to the 1st pic. I never do get an opportunity to enter the Deployment Number.
Thanks in advance for any help that maybe provided.

Now I press the “Activate” button (pictured in previous post) and I nothing happens.

I have the same problem. Did you fixed it ?

I found my problem with lack of DNS on network interface

Sorry it took so long to respond, but I was away on vacation. In answer to your question I found an issue with my DNS in that the 127.0.0.1 address wasn’t in the table. FreePBX has a warning message about this and once I’d added the address, I was able to resolve my issue. A work around is to complete the update from the command line.
