Different Music on Hold issue

OK, this is a pet peeve and I’m sure others have noticed this as well … well, I hope they have, anyway. :slight_smile:

When I am uploading files for Music on Hold, there is no rhyme or reason as to the order they are positioned in the MoH category view. For whatever reason, even if I have them named in such a way as to have them sorted (such as numerically 01, 02, 03, etc.) they will be sorted randomly on this page. Unfortunately, whatever order they are on this page is the order they play in unless you select to have them play randomly. Is there a way to sort this list so I can get the files to play in a particular order?

Did you ever get an answer or resolution to this? I also would like to know if you can force the sort order of the Music on Hold files.
