We have a t1 circuit with 24 DID, rhino r1t1 card,. I have a feeling its the way I have it setup it. I have, Inbound goes “any did/cid” to ring group, rings the 8 extensions. I also have some DID’s number setup, that can ring the extensions only. I like to be able for those extensions with the DID numbers, on outbound calls to use there DID numbers not the main number.
Hi there, what i once did was use Custom Context for each person to only allow them to use a particular outbound route/trunk.
So when defining trunks, you need to set for each channel a group and set that group within each trunk setting, an, an outbound route for each trunk.
Not easy, but works fine.
