Dictation hanging up with a busy signal when trying to change to another recording

Hello,

Using the latest FreePBX 2.11.0.11
I am having an issue with Dictate. The wife keeps her recipes there (she’s blind) and on the old system, she could just switch to another recording by pressing # then the number. For some reason the new behavior is to hang up with a busy signal.

Anywhere I can change this?
