Asterisk version? There is an AMD issue with recent versions of 13 and 15:
https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/ASTERISK-28143

On the Distro, you can downgrade Asterisk to 13.19.1 with:

yum -y downgrade asterisk13*-13.19.1
fwconsole restart
