Dialplan fine, call pickup still failing

FreePBX 2.9.0.2
centos 5.5 final
poweredge 1850
linksys spa 922 and 942 phones
server ip: 192.168.10.22

Dialplan configured as:
(xxx*|xxx**|xxxx*|xxxx**|*xxxx|*xx|*x|**xxxx[3469]11|0|00|2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)

Feature Code Admin
Asterisk General Call Pickup: *8
Directed Call Pickup: **

When a call comes in to one of my ten extensions and I’m not by that phone, I want to dail *8 and have it pickup the call. Since upgrading to 2.9.x.x, this hasn’t been the case and I have not figured out the reason.

Error log just shows:

Any possible solutions??

What does everyone’s phone dialplan look like? Maybe I can replace yours with mine to see if it makes a difference.
