Can someone tell me if it is possible to EXCLUDE numbers in the dial plan?
Consider the following scenario: Let’s say I have 3 outgoing routes, and I want to use one for local and domestic LD, one for international, and one for toll free calls. Is it possible to set up a dial plan that says: All numbers, except US and toll free? Or would the only way to do this be to set up the priorities such that the highest priority only allows international, the second allows toll free, and the 3rd is then a catch-all for the rest?
