Dial Plan Adding Area Code Problems

Hello,

I am trying to set up a dial plan for voip.ms. I want it to add the area code 904 to a 7 digit number. I see it everywhere in the guides 1904+NXXXXXX or 1904+XXXXXXX. I enter it in the dial plan and it is not going through. “The number you have dialed is not in service” is whats responding. This is my only outgoing route as well so i have no idea why i am having this much trouble. I have been on this one for an hour any help would be greatly appreciated.

I got it working. I was adding 1904+NXXXXXX to the dial patterns under outgoing routes. When I added it to dial manipulation rules under the sip it worked. Is this the correct way? It is working.
