Dial Code for Specific Trunk

Hello,

I have multiple outbound routes and I’m controlling which ones are used by which extensions by populating the Caller ID field in the dial patterns area. This is working perfectly.

However, I have one outbound route that I’d like to be able to access via a code or some other means so that any extension can use that route on demand. Is there a way to set up this route so that a code can be dialed in order to have the call go out using that route?

Just add a Dial Pattern to the route: Prepend is blank, Prefix is the desired code, Match Pattern is XX., CallerID is blank.

The code should be chosen to not conflict with your extensions, outside numbers, or feature codes.
