Hey guys. New to FreePBX, so I’m trying to figure how to accomplish the following:
On our IVR menu, I want the caller to be able to Dial by extension. I don’t want the directory, where you look up someone by name. I just want the caller to be able to hit a 4 digit extension and go that user. I’d like to have the user do it just on the first IVR menu, but I’m not sure how that conflicts with a user pressing 4 buttons to pressing 1 button for an actual IVR option. If need be though, I can have the user press 0 to then dial the 4 digit extension for whoever they want to reach.
So far I haven’t been able to do it. I’m using FreePBX 13.0.51
