Dial automatically when handset is lifted?

Hello,

Does anyone know if there is a way to have a Cisco 7940G dial a number automatically when you lift the handset? We’re installing a phone in the lobby, and I want to make it as easy as possible for visitors. If not, I’ll probably set it up with dial 0.

Not sure if it matters, but I’m running FreePBX with PBX Firmware 3.211.63-10, Service Pack 1.0.0.0 and Asterisk ver. 11.4.0.

I don’t know if you can plar the phone but you certainly can create a short script to do that in extensions_custom
