Hello on my free pbx server i have one slight problem. When I’m at my home i can dial out with no problem. But on my office phone i have to dial out twice. Well i dial out then i get a retone dial and have to dial the number again or i can’t call out.
Here is my setup I have 2 sip phones at my home and 2 sip phones at my office. At my home i have the Freepbx server and 2 landlines with a PCI-FXO card. At my office i have a FXO gateway with 2 phone lines on it… I set it up as if my office can only make calls and receive calls from the FSO gateway box only and at home my phones can only make calls and receive calls from the FXO pci card at home.
Problem is when I’m at my office across town I have to dial out twice to call out side. But in my home i can dial out once and everything is okay.
I’m not sure what the problem is. can someone please help me?
