Using Freepbx 14.0.10.3
When my callers check their VM remotely by calling their DID, pressing *, entering their password etc., they listen to the message, but are not able to press the corresponding digits to trigger events, such as 7 for delete. The command is not recognized. How can I fix this?

Logs would come in handy for this.
Can you pull out a log of one of these calls so we can see what’s happening. Since the “*” and extension parts are working, it’s going to be something about a setting somewhere, I expect.
