Hi all,

My /dev/sda2 partition in growing and being almost 100% full.

I see that under /tmp directrory I have those :

/tmp/systemd-private-1d8dff2aa46846b8be594e8d6949bd14-httpd.service-05RNAR/tmp

/tmp/systemd-private-1d8dff2aa46846b8be594e8d6949bd14-httpd.service-05RNAR/tmp/backup/3e09719d-7443-4ebc-919c-d9e69d509f74

/tmp/systemd-private-1d8dff2aa46846b8be594e8d6949bd14-httpd.service-05RNAR/tmp

their size are more than 1GB each.

can I delete them? they are being used?

Most of the big files are .gz files of backups.

thanks in advance.

The

The software should do its own housekeeping but by their nature you can delete anything in tmp.

Important things usually store to other locations
