I have about 200 DID’s i need to remove from the inbound routes. With the old bulk import tool it was easy but that’s gone and replace with Bulk Handler which doesn’t seem to have such a simple feature???
I haven’t had to do this yet, but I believe the process was:
Export DIDs, filter the list to your 200 DIDs, add a “action” column with “del”, import?
Tried that. Didn’t work. I can’t understand why anyone would get rid of such a basic and handy feature. Now instead of 30 seconds it’s going to take me an hour or two.
open a feature request. That is how things get added.
IIRC, Lorne posted quite sometime ago how to delete from the sql database, if that makes it easier.
