When I connect to an IVR, there is a delay in the connection to an extension… for approx 20 seconds till I hear the music on hold or the extension ringing. Can u suggest whats wrong. Whenever I make a out going call to any phone#, again there is a 20 second delay till the other persons phone’s ring ??
