Default voicemail language? How to change?!?

Hello guys,

I am still trying to find a solution to this problem:
I have recorded my own unavailable and busy messages which they play properly when someone calls my voicemail-box. The problem is however that immediately after my message is played the caller also hears the default vm-intro intro (by Alison?). Why is this happening?
I have not put anything in the “Language Code” within the extension configuration.
If I put en (for English) it makes no difference.
If I put fr (for French since it is installed) it also makes no difference!

The following is from the console:

– Executing [s-CHANUNAVAIL@macro-vm:2] VoiceMail(“SIP/555205-0000000d”, “555206@default|u”) in new stack
– <SIP/555205-0000000d> Playing ‘/var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/555206/unavail’ (language ‘en’)
– <SIP/555205-0000000d> Playing ‘vm-intro’ (language ‘en’)
– <SIP/555205-0000000d> Playing ‘beep’ (language ‘en’)
– Recording the message
– x=0, open writing: /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/555206/tmp/QnbRjz format: wav49, 0x90ddc38
– x=1, open writing: /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/555206/tmp/QnbRjz format: gsm, 0x90f1490
– x=2, open writing: /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/555206/tmp/QnbRjz format: wav, 0x9178720
– User hung up

I am lost here… :frowning:
Any ideas?

Thank you!
