Default revision selection on install

Maybe I’m missing the obvious, but why, when I boot from the install iso, is the default selection of release to be installed:
freepbx stable 64bit v-1.810.210.57

When a newer version,
freepbx stable 64bit v-1.811.210.57

is available as a selection?

It would seem the default should be the latest stable, no?

It will grab the new version when it installs.

Wonder what the point of giving a choice of three diff versions is then. :?
