Problem: User’s can’t tell if their colleagues are “In use” or “DND”. Is it possible to have BLF buttons do a fast blink to indicate DND phones? Really the BLF should display any presence status, DND included.
Asterisk does not support multi state subscriptions or hints beyond idle, inuse and ringing so DND always shows as in use. Sorry some day maybe that and multi color support will get added into Asterisk.
I realize this might not be the forum to ask this question, but any chance that Zulu can or will be able to do this?
Zulu 3.0 will show Presence and call state of users
