We have a DC201 DECT phone set using the DB20N base station. We have created a template specifically for the base station in freepbx and set the vlan tag to 200, our normal pc vlan is 20. The phone will register with sip and make calls, but it isn’t being placed on our phone vlan. It is staying on the pc vlan. I made sure that only the base station is selected on the models tab and is not selected on our other templates. The extension is created and shows that it is using the right template and the base station was selected after selecting the model. Is there some other setting I am missing to get the unit to jump to the specified vlan?
