DDNS Issue

So I activated the DDNS in System Admin Pro but when I put the DDNS in the asterisk sip settings and chan sip my communication stops. I check the logfiles and find the following:

[2017-10-03 16:43:59] ERROR[5429] netsock2.c: getaddrinfo(“94038374.deployments.pbxact.com”, “(null)”, …): Name or service not known
[2017-10-03 16:43:59] WARNING[5429] chan_sip.c: Invalid address for externhost keyword: 94038374.deployments.pbxact.com

I know my DNS is working because it can resolve my SIP Trunk host name. Any ideas what might be happening here?

Did anyone get a resolution I have a similar DDNS error
