Day/Night Mode? (Solved - Now it is known as Call Flow Control)

Is it me or is the Day/Night Mode hiding somewhere new?
I’ve tried looking in repositories.
I might simply be just overlooking it.

I’ve got my glasses.

go into module admin and see if you need to install it.

Ive even placed check marks in the other options and no dice.
Surely I’m not the only one experiencing this issue.

Could it be a sub module under another module?
