On my dashboard view it shows 6 users offline but all phones are online and working fine.
I’m on version 13.0.192.9 and my freepbx is remote hosted on a vultr server.
i think this is your issue (mine as well), do me a favor and add yourself to the watch list so it bumps the ticket up in priority
