Dashboard not loading after Framework upgrade

Upgraded two modules:
framework 13.0.124 (current: 13.0.123)
pagingpro 13.0.13 (current: 13.0.10)

Now my FreePBX dashboard doesn’t load anymore. It is stuck at 75% for about a minute or so, and then displays:

Everything under System Overview is not loading.

It almost looks like the Asterisk is not loading. try go to the terminal or secure shell and do

fwconsole reload.

you can try running

fwconsole ma upgrade framework
fwconsole chown
fwconsole reload

If you open up your Developer Console (push F12) and then click on the little Reload Icon in the top of System Overview, you’ll see the error.
