Dahdi lines dead

The two dahdi lines on my fully updated FreePBX 13 stopped working.

Before everything worked fine for one year.

Incoming calls on these lines do not ring anymore; outgoing calls are just silent. I check the wiring, nothing changed.

I have no idea where to start debugging. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi!

It might be a problem with the drivers…

What you you get when you issue

lsdahdi

?

Also, what kind of card is it, Sangoma, Digium or something else?

Good luck and have a nice day!

Nick

[root@FreePBX ~]# lsdahdi

Hi!

This seems OK, what do you see in your logs when you try to place an outbound call?

By the way, is this the FreePBX distro and by fully updated, you mean to the latest FreePBX 13 modules (and packages if the distro), not to FreePBX 14, right?

If you issue a fwconsole restart do things start working? This reminds me of a problem in FreePBX 14 which, as far as I know, doesn’t exist with FreePBX 13 but let’s make sure it’s not that…

Good luck and have a nice day!

Nick

Nick thank you for all your help.

I had restarted the whole system two days ago. I have had it in the past that the fax lines were down and each time it was handled by restarting.

This time I had tried a lot before I wrote here, but nothing worked.

Yes, this is a FreePBX 13 Distro with fully updated modules. We want to go to 14, but there is something with Sipstation text messages not fully done yet, and we use a lot of texting.

So, today I restarted the system again, and now everything works on the analog lines. I have no idea why
