dahdi_genconf not creating chan_dahdi.conf

Dahdi version 2.3.0.1
Asterisk version 1.6.0.1
FreePBX 2.8.0.2

From the documentation I have found dahdi_genconf is to create
/etc/dahdi/system.conf
and
/etc/asterisk/chan_dahdi.conf

When I run
#dahdi_genconf -v

I get

Default parameters from /etc/dahdi/genconf_parameters
Generating /etc/dahdi/system.conf
Generating /etc/asterisk/dahdi-channels.conf

#dahdi_scan
shows everything working and present what am I missing?

In chan_dahdi.conf you must add

#include dahdi-channels.conf
#include chan_dahdi_additional.conf

to the end of the file
