Dahdi calls failing due to chanunavail

I’ve recently setup a new freepbx server, with asterisk 1.6 & dahdi 2.4…

unfortunately it won’t allow calls… verbose logging is at: http://pastebin.com/6JBNcJuL

Can anyone shed any light on what might be causing it?

Yes the DAHDI channel is busy to Asterisk when the call is being placed.

But it’s not busy (!)… is there anything worth checking as to why it thinks it’s busy?

All sorted - completely wrong config in chan_dahdi.conf created by freepbx…
