D70 Phone not ringing, calls go to my cell phone directly (FMFM)

A few days ago I changed my status to DND when I left the office. Once I changed it back to Available my phone not longer rings when I get a call. The call goes straight to my cell phone which is setup via FMFM. Desk phone reads Available. Under Extensions the DND is checked and I can’t uncheck it. Any ideas on how I can clear this up? Thanks

Depending on the phone, there may be two DND settings. The one in the system is separate from the one that some phones implement.

try deleting the key from the database

Try logging into UCP and deactivate DND

Thanks, that did the trick. Not sure how or why the UCP locked up on this. I set it on my desk phone.
