D62/D65 Possible to map *8?

Is it possible to map *8 to a horizontal soft key? If not, is there some other way of mapping a key to pickup another extension in group?

D62/D65 BTW.

No. Soft keys, the keys under the display, cannot be mapped to in-call DTMF.
In-call DTMF can be mapped to Rapid Dial keys using the send_dtmf option for the press_function setting for a BLF Item behavior.

Thanks. I’m trying to encourage the use of the ring group. Problem is I’m trying to find a way to add a ring group to contacts to make it easier to use.
