Customize Feature Codes - Grey Box

Using Asterisk 13.7 / FreePBX 13.0.53

When Customize for any Feature Code is selected, the box to enter the new Feature Code remains grey and typing is not permitted. This seems to be a bug, but I have found no one else reporting it. On previous versions, this feature worked.

This is a fresh install using the FreePBX ISO with no modifications.

I would appreciate any thoughts of where to look.

When you click customize, the featurecode becomes a “place holder” you then type in your custom feature code.

Yes, that’s the way I’m used to it working, but the box stays grey (regardless of the browser i’m using). Just found the issue…there was a conflicting extension that I needed to delete before the Feature Code box would allow the edit. Thanks for your rapid reply!
