Custome context does not display context on ext page

Bring up the context name in the Custom Context box when an extension’s details are edited. At the moment the box comes up blank even if a context has been added to the extension so you have no idea if a context is there or not. Ideally the box should show the default “Allow All” if no context is selected or the context name when a context has been added.
problem reported here:
http://www.freepbx.org/forum/freepbx/development/custom-contexts-bounty-offered

I have a box that has no 3rd party modules.
running freepbx 2.5.1.2 core 2.5.1.6 feature code 2.5.0.4
Downloaded the latest customcontext 0.3.4
I just did an online update and noticed that it stopped working. It seems like it was working before the update but I am not too sure.
The problem is just with the display the selected context. if I set the context all works OK but on ext that uses the context it does not show the selected one. it is blank, Also as soon as I submit the page it disappears.
What other info can I provide?

The drop box populates the context field in the extension, as it should.

Not here.
Where does the page gets the info to populate the drop box from? where is the info for each extension store at? At least I can look there to see what has been configured. I looked at the database and could not find it.
I also see a lot of this in the log:

Something is hosed in your setup.

I would remove the cc module, install amp again then reinstall the module.

I am sorry about my lack of knowledge. what do you mean re-install amp?
can you be more specific? I run pbxinaflash and the installation was all automatic.
This is a test setup.
Thanks

The install-amp script is on the PBXIAF machine.

Just go to the generic CentOS installation instructions on FreePBX.org and run the script again after you have removed CC. Don’t do anything else, then reinstall CC. You should be fine.

No data will be lose except any custom context provisioning.

Thank you for the response. very much appreciated.
I have done what you said, perhaps I just did not understand how it should work. The box for the selection of custom context is always blank but the actual entry in the context gets changed to the selected context. and it works OK.
I do still have a lot of “nexistent context” in the log tho. where does it come from? would this be normal?
here are a few of them…

all of the ones you show in the post above are ok. you are getting a warning saying there is a call for that context but it does not exist. which is correct until you create the context because you need to customize something.
