I have a customer who states:
With our email being hosted by Google, it is grouping all the emails into one email thread since the sender and the subject line are the same. Wondering if it is possible to have the subject line be different for each incoming email. The way we had it before was the callers phone number was part of the subject line, so each email was different and we could track them a bit better.
Can you use a variable in the subject line?
