I had a Custom Extension to open a door working for 6+ Months and today the users said it stopped working.
When I look at “Custom Extensions” Module there is nothing there
Edit: Checked /etc/asterisk/extensions_custom.conf nothing there either
Assuming you had are referring to a custom dialplan that was in extensions_custom.conf, I don’t think that there’s anything in FreePBX that touches this file.
You’ll need to restore from backup.
