When extension 100 calls a custom extension 170, within the device features, there should be a checkmark box which will “FORCE Callee Outbound CallerID.” This should be added to ensure that when you setup a custom extension to call a cell phone, it would force the callee to show the Outbound CallerID from the callee’s extension.
