Im in the process of creating my IVR, and i understand it allows for numbers, i, and t for the ‘key’. Is it possible to make the user enter any random 5 digit number to proceed to destination?
For example, instead of pressing 1 for sales, i want them to enter any 5 digit number, and this will take them to sales, without the need for authentication.
