Custom Contexts bug denying outbound route

Definitely don’t mean to be obtuse and glad for the assistance. I’m using FreePBX as provided by and hosted by CBeyond (they purchased it from Aretta.) Their support is poor to non-existent. What info can I provide?

This may be one of those circumstances where I need to buy some help. Comments?

That would be up to you, you are using FreePBX 2.9 and are in General help, it should work as advertised, it always did at least :slight_smile:

( and unless cbeyond did something untoward, you can iteratively upgrade to the latest and greatest, but will have to update asterisk at some pint in time to get to 2.11)
