CRM Module - Salesforce permissions


Our CRM module is connected to salesforce successfully, however the recorded calls are not being pushed to each user. Only the calls of the owner of the App.

The permission sets that are available to add to the app in salesforce have changed quite a bit since the wiki was created (years ago) and I wanted to know if anyone has an updated permissions value set that needs to be added in order to allow the recorded calls to push to all the users.
