CRM Module API for incoming Calls

I have the rest API setup with 1 Inbound webhook. I have CRM API Settings > Send WebHooks = “Start and End”.

The issue is I only get a webhook notification for the calls END which only happens once a call is ended / hung up. How do I get a webhook to tell me when a call “Starts” or is answered? According to the settings it seems this should be possible.

Any help would be appreciated.
