CRM API - For Pushing Call Records To External Source

I have the CRM Link commercial module. I want to use it to push the call recording to external CRM/ Database. I have the API of the crm which i can trigger to upload an attachment to there but now i am not able to figure out how to do it or configure it because there is not clear documentation on using the REST API to send call recording file as an attachment to somewhere.
