Is any application available which can pickup call, ask and answer questions, record messages? Today i got called from google bot regarding cofirming address. i was shocked with so human like capability. is any such project in development which can work with Freepbx?
No application that I am aware of, however you can use ‘playback’, ‘recording’, ‘text to speech’, ‘speech to text’ and ‘conditional call branching’ based on all of the above quite easily with Asterisk, so thusly FreePBX.
The “Intelligence” to handle that for any use case is currently up to you though.
