Up front, I’m a novice to FreePBX. Have a couple of Asterisk and a couple of Switchvox installations up and running. Our current VoIP is Cisco Call Manager, Unity and IPCC. In the IPCC scripting I can create documents, save them, read from them, write to them, etc., through the scripting language. Wondering if there is a way to do this through FreePBX. One of the things we use them for in IPCC is to store state variables and then read those states from the document and either read them back via text-to-speech or use them in comparison statements. Again, just wondering if there is a way to do this with FreePBX via IVRs, etc. Thank You.
