Creating a periodic queue with multiple sound files

I am currently looking to set up an on hold queue system which will allow multiple announcements to be played whilst the customer is on hold using sound files from Voices.com. How do I achieve this?

System recordings allws you to upload your files. They should be WAV 8k mono or gsm formatted
