Create Ticket

Hello all,

We want to use IVR feature of freepbx With a Ticket system, for example some person call on IVR and request for a service, so to track that request we want to assign a code to service request, we call that ticket, do you have any idea how we can do that.

Which ticket system?

If your ticketing system has a SQL database, custom code can be written to integrate the lookup into your context.

We have considered doing this with our ConnectWise database so that people can call, enter their ticket number into an IVR, and be transferred to the assigned engineer directly. We haven’t done this, but it’s not difficult for a moderately experienced developer or extremely proficient Googler :slight_smile:
