Create a report for actual voicemails left for an extension

Hi all,

Is there a way to create a report of voicemails that were actually left for a virtual voicemail box during the working day. The voicemail box is set to delete and email the voicemails. Is this information tracked in the database anywhere? It’s not a question of whether a call was sent to the voicemail, but if the caller actually left a voicemail.


You are probably looking for calls where the destination is ‘vmu{EXTEN}’ , the ‘disposition’ is ‘ANSWERED’ and the ‘duration’ is longer than your ‘minimum message length’ set for that {EXTEN} , your mail log will log any that are e-mailed
