I Have a queue with 5 extensions, I want it to fall over to another queue, and if no one picks up in that queue. I want the call to go to a extension where the caller can leave a voicemail.
so 2 fall over destinations.
Not really, just one failover destination for each.
Have the first queue fail to the second queue and the second queue fail over to the extension.
