Could not reload FOP server

Hi,
I’m running FreePBX 2.6.0.0.
Everything looks fine on FreePBX other than getting a “FOP Warning” yellow icon.
could someone please help me out? I’ve been searching on google a for a long time now, and nothing seems to fix this…

Where are you seeing this, in the System Status?

To find Flash Operator Panel version that you have:

root@pbx:/ $ find / -name op_server.pl

/var/www/html/admin/modules/fw_fop/htdocs_panel/op_server.pl

Go there:

root@pbx:/ $ cd /var/www/html/admin/modules/fw_fop/htdocs_panel

and run this command.

root@pbx:/var/www/html/admin/modules/fw_fop/htdocs_panel $ ./op_server.pl -v
op_server.pl version 0.30
