Hi,
asterisk version 13.7.2, freepbx 13 latest as of today 14/04/16.
cos:
group1 – ext100, ext101, ext102 – route1(dahdi), route2 (SIP)
group2 – ext 200, ext201, ext202 – route3(dahdi), route4 (SIP)
route order:
route1(dahdi), route2 (SIP), route3(dahdi), route4 (SIP)
In order to dial through dahdi routes i have to add 121 in front of the number (prefix: 121, match patern: .), which apparently is not working when forwarding anymore.
When dialing out from ext100 i go out via route2 (SIP) – unless i use the 121 prefix, which is fine. When forwarding (either through asterisk UCP or via the phone’s forwarding option) the call is sent via route1(dahdi) rather than route2 (SIP). The same thing is happening for cos group2, when forwarding, the line used is route1 (dahdi).
Temporary fix: After changing the route order, i managed to get all extensions to forward via route2 (SIP).
This issue occurred after i have upgraded the asterisk core from version 13.6 to version 13.7.2 on the 29th of March. I have also tried to upgrade to the latest (13.8), unfortunately with no success.
I have added below the call detail record from before and after the upgrade.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
